Welcome back!!!  This week we will be busy starting our unit on biographies.  We will be welcoming visitors from China into our class on Monday.  For the next two weeks I will be meeting individually with each student to test their reading level.  Parent Teacher conferences will be March 20 and 21.

Friday, March 15:  Third and Fourth Grade School Science Fair

Wednesday and Thursday, March 20, 21:  Parent Teacher conferences

Wednesday, April 18:  District Science Fair for the winners of our school science fair.

UTIPS Homework: Test is Comp-Mixed 9 for this week.  Mr. Chen says he has been putting up UTIPS to correspond with what they are currently learning in math.  He would like you to do his math tests.

Reading Days: Remember to record your reading days!!! I need to enter this grade onto report cards.  Please update any reading your child has done, or send a note by Friday, March 8.  Thank you!!! Your child needs to read 20 minutes or more to count as a day.
