We will be continuing working on biographies.  I will also be continuing meeting individually with each student to test their reading level.  Science Fair is this Friday.  Bring your projects that day for judging.  Parent Teacher conferences will be March 20 and 21.  Sign up information will go home on Monday.

UTIPS Homework: Test is Comp-Mixed 10 and Comprehension 6. for this week.  We are going to be doing two to begin preparing for end of year testing which may be coming up in April.  Mr. Chen says he has been putting up UTIPS to correspond with what they are currently learning in math.  He would like you to do his math tests.

Reading Days: Remember to record your reading days!!! I need to enter this grade onto report cards.  Please update any reading your child has done, or send a note by Friday, March 8.  Thank you!!!  If you haven’t done this please do so ASAP!!!  I will be entering grades for this week for independent reading. Your child needs to read 20 minutes or more to count as a day.
