Parent teacher conferences are this week.  We are excited to meet with each of you.  Please remember that this is a time to celebrate your child.  We are thankful when you arrange babysitters for your other children.  Congratulations to Andrew, Danielle, Ben, and Gavin for participating and winning in the third grade science fair!  They will each go on to the district science fair.

Test is Comp-Mixed 11 and Comprehension 8. for this week.  We are going to be doing two to begin preparing for end of year testing which may be coming up in April.
 Mr. Chen says he has been putting up UTIPS to correspond with what they are currently learning in math.  He would like you to do his math tests.

UTIPS homework is Comprehension 7, not 6.  Sorry about that!

We will be continuing working on biographies.  I will also be continuing meeting individually with each student to test their reading level.  Science Fair is this Friday.  Bring your projects that day for judging.  Parent Teacher conferences will be March 20 and 21.  Sign up information will go home on Monday.
