Studying for the last spelling test and reading 20 minutes a night is the only homework.  Remember the field trip and author’s tea this week.  We still need more volunteers for field day.

Thursday, June 20  Author’s Tea at 2:30 (Come read your child’s many writing projects)

Monday, June 24  Field Trip to the Fire Station
Tuesday, June 25  Egg Drop at 2:30
Friday, June 28  Play Performance-Red Class at 9:00, Yellow Class at 10:00
Monday, July 1  Field Day-We need at least 4 volunteers (2 for red class and 2 for yellow class) to walk around and monitor students.  This gives Mr. Chen and I time to complete report cards, etc.

Testing is finally done!!!  The only homework we will have now is spelling and reading.  Congratulate your child on working so hard last week.  As we near the end of the year, we have many exciting and fun things coming up.  Mark your calendars so you can attend as many as possible.  I do realize you can’t attend everything though.
